What is the name of your state? Delaware

My husband and I have been separated a year.

He's moved to Colorado with mistress.

We were married in Jamaica. Husband says our marriage is not legal because no paperwork was submitted in U.S. The lawyers and county/state officials whom I've talked with said no paperwork had to be filed here.

Neither of us has filed divorce paperwork.

I just found out he married mistress in Las Vegas.

Is our Jamaican marriage legally recognized in U.S.? Has he committed bigamy? Where would the bigamy charges be filed? In Nevada?
