Joint bank account with my ex.


I'm in Missouri. My name is David Sczepanski

My ex wife and I have a joint banking account still open from when we were married. I'd like to withdrawal my hald of the balance but an afraid to because we did not list it on our marriage assest in the divorce papers. Since I'm entitled to half of everything (including debt) Can I withdaram my half. My name is legally on the account. Anyone have advise?

Go to the bank with your ex-wife.

Close the account.

Split the dough.

First, explain why the account wasn't listed in the divorce paperwork....and explain where the money came from that is in the account.
