Joint bills

Indiana...I have been divorced now for 2 years. The judge ordered my ex-husband to pay half of our joint bills, however I have received $100 out of a few grand. I have paid most of these bills by myself, however one of them have taken me to court for payment. The creditors don't care that he should pay this they just want there money and I really can't blame them. But I want my money too. I am a single mom and don't have much money so I can't afford a lawyer to try to take the ex back to court. Is there something I can do no my own? And if so, what forms would I need? Thanks!

File a motion to show cause. The creditors are NOT parties to the judgment and are not bound by it -- they are bound only by the agreement signed when the loan/card was opened.
Your ony recourse is going back to court. Even then he may not pay and you will have to pursue collections such garnishments.
