I am trying to file for my divorce, and the judge won't sign because he says it's not worded properly. i got the divorce kit, and didn't change a word, AND when i went back a second time, i had actually used a completed divorce from someone i know and copied the child support and visitation section. now i don't know what to do. will a mediator be able to help? or can i talk to a paralegal?
