Jurisdiction Rule re: MCO(Military Pension)

What is the name of your state? California. My spouse has a military pension plan that will become effective 2007. My spouse has not consented to jurisdiction regarding the pension plan. I am wondering if the Pension is divided in the Military Court Order or the QDRO, and my spouse signs will that in fact say that my spouse has consented to jurisdiction regarding the Pension?

Quadro/pensions

I have been down your road!
I have been divorced for 8 years. My ex has been in contempt for a year. Tried to say that my amount of the pension was $80.00 Then we went to court for comtempt an then the figure changes to $300.00. The judge gave him 45 days to produce. Just waiting now!
My attorney filed a quadro, was denied, reason was married for 9years and 8months.
For what it's worth, you loose both ways. If the quadro works, you are double taxed.
The other is you probaly be back in court to get your money. I will find out something on Dec.3rd.2007 or we will be back in court.
Go on line and read as much as you can! educate yourself with information.
I had to find out the hard way $$$$$$$ and still paying.
Have not seen anything,
hope it works out for you

Respectfully Senior members, why did not one of you zap it? Just curious me,
