I filed for divorce in AZ. and my wife in another state pointed out that I have only been a resident of this state for 84 days. Arizona requires that one be here for 90 days prior to filing. Looking back at this, she may be right. Assume she is right what will happen. She has been to req. parenting class in her state and I will soon attend mine. Also our mediation session will be soon and she has agreed to participate by phone.
