What is the name of your state? Minnesota
After 15 years with my spouse, and no apparent relationship problems, I came home from work one day with my children to find out that my husband had moved out and took alot of the household items that belonged to my children, such as all of the photo albums, pictures, stereos, etc. He also has complete control of the checking account. One year ago we entered into a lease to own on our home, and the lease is up in 2006 to purchase the home. He is still responsible on this? And what can I do to protect myself and the children involved? Any advice would be helpful at this time.
