I live in NJ, and was wondering if you could obtain a legal annultment (not religious) after you have already been divorced. I was divorced years ago and could not afford an annulment, but I do feel that the marriage didnt truly exist and I have adequate grounds for an annulment. Is this something that can be done after a divorce? Or is it too late? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
