I was married in 1983 to a man from Tennessee, I didn't know he was still married until 1985. I changed my last name to his, do I need to obtain a divorce to change my name back we've been separated for over 10 years.

You can call yourself anything you want. But the real question is why haven't you filed for an anullment? Geeez woman, it's about time.
