I am divorced and my divorce states that if I need to enforce this order the other party shall be held liable for attorney fee's and other costs incurred. I won a family court case and these costs were never discussed. I have been told to file a notice of motion with the Supreme Court. I cannot not find any information or forms for this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
