What is the name of your state? michigan
i was wondering if i get legally separated would my spouse be required to pay child support, spousal support, and can the court order him to pay the house mortgage even if he doesn't live in the home?

Nothing is guaranteed. If your spouse gets primary placement, you will be paying CS. Spousal support depends on a lot of things including how long you have been married. I don't know enough about MI family law to tell you anything about how a judge might rule regarding the house. Most courts don't like such one sided arrangements.
