What is the name of your state? MA
I am married and have been for almost two years. My husband moved out 3 weeks ago and wanted a divorce, now he wants us to go to a mediator and get a legal seperation. What is the difference? If we get a seperation does that mean we will divorce? I believe we can reconcile with time. I am confused as to the legal commitments made by seeing a mediator.
