legal sepration

What is the name of your state? California.
I recently got Legal Sepration. Me and my husband still live together and share expenses.

I want to know that can we file as Married filling joint status on Federal Income Tax.

Dose my husband Medical Insurance will consider us as married or cohabitan status?
