Less Debt, more property

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Georgia

Couple of months ago, I filed for divorce. I am keeping the house. My parents helped with a down payment of the house. The check was made out to me. Now STBX wants the her portion of the equity. I will giver her portion of the equity that she put in but I will fight for the the down payment that my parents gave me. What are my chances that I will win.

Also, she has cheated at least 3X. I have proof for all of them. I know that Georgia is an "equitable state", but what are my chances of getting more out of the divorce (less debt, more of the house). I have heard that it all depends on the judge.
