Will The State take my daughter from me if I don't Have a Job??? or will they except i am with this new guy Without my divorce being finalized??

The State is not after her. I'd like to keep it that way. I just want to know what to do so they don't take her if I get married to this new guy and I don't have a job cause he'll be supporting us and I still have to get my divorce to the first @sshole finalized.

The better question would be....who's child is it? The "new guy's" or the one awaiting divorce court?
