Question

liable or not?

What is the name of your state? Alabama

My boyfriend's ex-wife has fallen behind on payments of her vehicle. When they got divorced, they forgot to take each other off as owners of each other's cars. What can he do about this now? And is he going to be held responsible for her non-payments even though they have been divorced a year?
