Mass. my wife is in contempt of the financial aspects of the temp orders about 2,000 dollars owe to me for 1/2 of heathcare related benefits.I am under temp order to refinance the house we have a contempt hearing in march.I would like to tell them i wont refi until i get paid,my atty says we dont woant to do that ,shes in contempt right now we are not,judje may see it as retribution,just adhere to your side of the order and the judje will deal with her.I could use the $$ dont know which way to go.
