What do the laws say here about property? Also we have a business together, how do we handle that? Also, I quit working F/T to help with this business and also to be home with our son, to help him with school. Not sure where to go for help. Alone I have no $$, he says he makes the $$ and it is his to spend. We also filed BK earlier this year, how does that affect us now? We have to pay the trustee every mth for a year (9 more to go). I appreciate any advise. I dont know where to begin. Thanks!
