Living with jerk

I live in Indiana. I am the mother of 3 small children. 2 months ago my husband and my father tried to have me committed and then when I was diagnosed as a normal individual, they dumped me in a shelter. While I was in this shelter my husband went to a lawyer and said I abandoned the children and got custody of the children, got the house, all 3 vehicles. He got everything! I have a lawyer but we have been unable to have the case heard in court. In the meantime, the judge ordered that he let me back in the house. We have separate bedrooms, but he has not provided me with a dime for food or any necessaties. He called and quit my job while I was in the shelter and I have been staying home with the 3 children. I have another 3 weeks before we go back to court. The settlement agreement that he recently gave to me left him everything and proposed that the first half of the month I live in the house and the 2nd half he lives in the house. He gets 2 vehicles and I get one. I got only a TV, VCR, rocking chair, some dishes, a hope chest, sewing machine and a stereo. All but the vehicle and the TV were gifts to me or mine before we were married. He did not even give me a bed, towels, pots and pans, or any furniture. He has a place to go and live free, but yet I would have to have a full time job and provide another residence for 2 weeks every month. Whichever parent is not living in the home during this 2 week period would get 2 hours of visitation every day. I want to keep the house and reopen a daycare that I ran in the home two years ago so that I can be home with our 3 children. How can the judge have ordered me back into the home to live with a verbal abuser who now is even worse than he was before?
