No. If there have been no court proceedings (temporary possession of the residence, restraining orders, etc), then you're free to go into the house - including hiring a locksmith to open the doors.

However, be careful about two things:
1. Your personal safety. If there is any history of violence, take actions to minimize the risk.
2. Be watchful for charges of violence against you. Do not give ANY provocation. Even then, fabricated charges are not unknown.

I would strongly encourage you to have one or more friends go with you when you go back into the house at least for the first time. If there are no kids involved, then seriously consider going just to get your personal belongings and find somewhere else to stay. If there are kids involved, your attorney needs to file for a temporary order immediately.
