Long term seperation

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I have been separated from my exhusband since 1993. According to Arizona law, I'm still married until I have conformation of a divorce. I haven't seen or heard from him in 15 years and I have no idea where he lives (and don't really care). How do get formally divorced without his signature?

If you are not divorced (and your post is a tad confusing), then you must hire a lawyer and file your lawsuit under your state's laws.

I would recommend that you first try to track him down to find out if he maybe got a divorce without you knowing about it.

Other than that, you really need to consult with a local attorney. Its not all that difficult to get divorced from someone that you can't locate, but it really needs an attorney to make it happen.
