Loosing everything!

I was just told that my husband wants a divorce and is going to make sure I loose my 2 kid's. One is his and the other is from another marriage. He has made it clear that he will say anything so that I loose my kid's. I don't want anything from the marriage but my 9 month old daughter. I am going through a custody suit with my first husband because of alleged abuse with my current husband and fear that I will loose for sure now. I don't know what to do, I am a stay at home mom and have no car no money. Please help!
