What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

My husband earns a Union-based contribution from his employer toward an annuity. Do I have any claim to those earnings after divorce? It was created after we got married.

Probably. More details would be needed, though. How long were you married? How long after the marriage was the annuity created? What are the terms of the annuity?
