Lost in Minnesota

I moved to AZ last spring to be with fiancee. We married in May. Needless to say his budget for us (i have an adopted daughter) was a bit short and I ended up spending $10,000 in a matter of 9 months keeping our household afloat. I couldn't find a job and therefore spent every dime of my savings. Have now separated for the time being and am living in Minnesota.

I have been told I cannot file for separation until I am here 6 months. Can I go to Arizona to file?? What are my rights for spousal support till I find a job?? Can I fight to get my losses back if we divorce???
