Making up a story of harrasment

What is the name of your state? TX

My wife left home for unknown reason after few days when I asked her to come back home, then she stated accusing me of harrasing her physically(slapping and pinching) and mentally, saying that she will not stay with me anymore. I am innocent and I never harrased her both mentally or physically at any time. Will court just belive in her words? How can I prove that I never harrased her? Can she file a criminal case against me?
