marital property bought with seperate property

What is the name of your state? California
I bought my home in 1995 I got married in 1999 and my husband and I bought a family home. The deposit and down payment was made by me from my assests from the sale of my home. we are kno2wing entering a divorce. Is the money i put down on the house still my seperate property?
