Marital Separation & Settlement Agreements


South Carolina

Me and my wife are having some porblems... so before everything get worst we want t to do a settlement agreement on the properties, financial and economic issues. We wnat to do this on our own but we need the basis to strat and know what is included and requiere in the South Carolina State. Any example or guide will be really helpfull

We also want to know if this document will work even if we separate or divorce in 3 or 5 years from now

Go see an attorney. A separation agreement is complicated. And if you are not separating that what you actually want sounds like a post-nuptial agreement.

Go see TWO attorneys, one for each of y'all.
