Does Indiana allow Marital Tort suits for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress? If so how hard are they to win?

Thanks to both, I did check out both sites. Both of them are ambiguous, the All About Murder site is the most specific, even so isn't it mostly based on mystery novels?

I don't know enough about it to tell you but after I posted the last time I saw where the murder one was by a guy in Carmel and there was an e-mail address.. Might want to find out from him more specifics and if he really knows what he is talking about.
