What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

My husband has asked for a divorce. We've been married 3 years. Here is a sum**** of our assets:

Before we got married he sold his house and after we got married I sold my condo. We used the money from both sales to buy a house (he put more money down than I did).

I also owned a vacation home before we got married, which I still own in my maiden name.

My question is: which of these assets are considered 'marital' vs 'personal' assets under Massachusetts law?

I'm planning on talking to a lawyer soon, but I'd appreciate any info now as I'm starting to worry about my future fincances.

Thanks!
