What is the name of your state? CA


This is my third post about legally being married, I hope I'm not legally married to this man, he verbally abuses me, he is 78 years old and I just don't love him anymore, my love for him has been dead for 23 years, and I am in love with someone else.

You have already been answered on your other thread.

However I will put it more clearly. You have to get a divorce if you no longer wish to be married to him.

It took you 23 YEARS to figure that out???? Just divorce him if you want to sleep with someone else, what's the problem here??
