I got married in 9/04/08 but my husband did not want to help me with the expenses and he left my house 2 weeks ago, can I annul the marriage???What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No one can answer your question because you didn't answer the necessary question regarding the name of your state.

However, I will tell you that in general, its easier, quicker and less costly to simply get a divorce.
