married 6 mths Problem!

What is the name of your state? oklahoma
I have only been married 6 mths, but my husband is an alcoholic & is starting to be very mentally abusive to me, my 6 yr. old and his 18 yr old daughter. Question is we just had the house refinanced and my name is on it now, but he had owned it before we got married would I get to stay in the house, I am 4 mths pregnant, I have a 6 year old son and his daughter says she is going wherever I go. So would they award it to me with all the kids or him solo?

This could go either way. There isn't going to be a definite answer. You need to get legal advice in your area. You can ask for anything, but getting is a battle.
