Married in different country, annulment in Texas?

Texas

Can any one please let me know if I will be able to apply for Annulment in Texas while I got married in India? I am not a US citizen but qualify for Texas resident(been in Texas more than 2years). I know I am eligible to apply for Divorce, but how about Annulment? Does Annulment requires that I should get married in US? Do I need to produce original marriage certificate?(unfortunately my wife is holding my original marriage certificate, all I have is a xerox copy of the certificate)

No judge in his right mind in the USA is going to decide if you were improperly married in a foreign country.

Forget about annulment.

Get a divorce; it's easier and cheaper.
