Hello,

We were married 6 months ago and due to work circumstances have never lived together. I had planned on moving in with her soon but after I sold my property she "changed her mind". We have no joint accounts or comingling of property...

Im thinking we can do a no hassle divorce with no income settlement and she has no claims on my income earned in the last 6 months??

I also need to buy a new home...if its my name only on the deed this makes it mine and not ours even know it will be bought b4 we're officially divorced....is all this right??? Thanks.
