I am not on the deed, the mortgage or the home loan. am I entitled to any profits or am I responsible for anything attatched to the house. The home value has doubled since he purchased it. He owns a business would I be entitled to any profits from it as well. What are my legal rights? Last edited by in the dark; 09-24-2005 at 07:47 PM. |

| You need to hire a family law attorney immediately to find out what your rights against your husband and his new lover are.
