What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
i have a girl who got married in japan and is american now they moved back to florida married for two weeks and she wants to break if off and he will not sign the divorce papers im not sure what she should do to get it done and over with does the fact that they were married in japan change if she wants the divorce here? and what does she need and what does she need to do?

It does not matter where you were married. Jurisdiction is determined by your current residence. In Florida, you must live here for 6 months before you can file a divorce petition.
