i live in new york state and am married to a man doing 15 to life. i highly suspect that he never recieved a divorce from his former wife. he said that he married her and divorced her while he was in jail and that she did talk about divorcing him but he does not recall recieving and paers on it. how do i go about finding out if he is still married and if he is how do i go about my divorce
