What is the name of your state? Texas

I file twice for a divorce where I got married the first time (CA). I received a notice stating no record found, I file again and this time they send me a divorce from another couple with the same names, at this time a though my ex-husband used his new wife to pose as me to get the divorce and I just tough well what matters is that we’re divorce. I moved to another state (TX) and got remarried and been married for 16yrs. Well apparently I was never divorce from the first marriage

Please can help.
