OK question for anyone. I just called the court clerk and was told that I need to wait a year.
Now I am filing on the grounds of adultry and was under the impression that I didn't need to wait, but according to the clerk because we did a seperation agreement that we need to wait a year.
That made no sense. Is the clerek wrong or am I missing something?
