| I would like to modify and get more specific visitation. The wording on the agreement says i have liberal visitation. But last December I wanted to take my daughter without the ex to Disney for their 50th anniv. The ex agreed but at the last minute said no. And I only got to see my daughter for one afternoon that week. Also she hasn't spend one holiday in 2 years with my family. Last edited by davecrabtree; 03-18-2007 at 08:08 PM. Reason: Modify |

You need to file for a modification to ask for a specific visitation schedule. |
