meaning of a paragraphfrom my divorce decree

What is the name of your state?kansas my divorce was finalized and in the orders the judge said my ex was responsible for all debt including the vehicles,well my ex had mine repossed amd it did not sell at auction and i have a chance to get it back it is in both of our names so does that mean he is still responsible for it? also the judge said he is to pay all the repo charges,so if i pay to get it out does that mean he has to pay that back to me as well?
