mediation


What is the name of your state? FL

the divorce papers were served. we each have an attorney. how do we go to mediation to save money. OR is it to late?

In my case, the court ordered us to go to mediation. When we were served our papers, there was also paperwork for us to contact mediation. Hhowever, I've also heard that when you go into court the first time, they can order you to go from there. Good luck!

This is done simply by asking or asking your lawyer to send you there. Word of caution, if you did not decide to do this before what are the motivating factors now. I will hope, that you are not believing that the other person (husband/wife) is looking out for your best interest better than your lawyer. be wise, be cautious, and always look at why, why, why.
