What is the name of your state? Kentucky

My wife and I co-own our house with my father, who is now in a nursing home on medicaid (he has no cash assets but a small funeral account), the current title is with survivorship. We want to divorce, amicably, with my wife staying in the house, but don't know how to divide the ownership of the house in such a way that medicaid won't try to seize it, or force us to sell. Any advice?
