What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

My current husband and I have been seperated for nearly two years. Since then, I have got into a new relationship and become pregnant. I was wondering what this means for the paternity of the baby. I know who the father is, and so does the husband and the boyfriend. It is my current boyfriend. I heard that my husband will have rights, even though we all know who is the father. Does anyone know anything about this?

Yep. Congratulations! You and your husband are expecting a baby.:)

During the divorce, your husband will need to dispute paternity.
