I recently have signed papers, that were sent to me, asking for a court date to finalize the
divorce. A few days ago, the soon to be ex-wife sent my sister an e-mail with a picture
stating that the man in the picture was her fiance, and that they had been together for
seven months now. My question is, " Is it possible to use this e-mail and picture against her
being that she is still married by law and commiting adultry? Any information will be helpful.
I really would like to know what would happen to her, if I were to present this info to her
Commanding Officer.
Thanks,
M.A.S.
