Hello my mother wants a divorce and has not had contact with her husband (my father) for 32 years.She hasnt talked to him seen him or no where he is. She does not want anyhting from him just a divorce.How would she go about doing this when she doesnt no where he is.She lives in the state of Ohio

how does she know he is even still alive? it would probably be a good idea for her to locate him- I'm sure she knows some of his relatives to contact that owuld at least point her in the right direction

Another good reason to locate him would be that he may have already divorced HER. Therefore she might not need a divorce.
