Texas.
I wanted to know what are the laws reguarding missing spouse divorce's. Also, if a divorce was posted in the newspaper, and the missing spouse does not respond what happens by Texas law? For instance is the divorce finalized, do they hire an attorney to search for the missing spouse, what happens with debt, how do you file an answer to the courts.
Thank-You

Guess what! You will win divorce by default judgment, but I think that you have to do oath to the judge to say that you had tried to find your spouse. I think due to default judgment, you get what you want. And I dont think they will hire attorney to find your spouse.

And about filing answer, Good Question, I am still waiting on answer from my post that I was asking earlier.
