I was married 3.5 years ago and my wife left me only 2 months after the wedding and was missing until a few months ago when she sent me divorce papers from Tennessee which i signed and sent back to her. All she had to do is sign the papers and send them to her lawyers and the divorce would be done. But she did not and is now missing again. I am a resident of California, how can I finish our divorce without her signature in a timely fashion?
