Missouri. Can my ex wife file an ex parte against me then follow me around?

My ex wife has filed an ex parte against me. Lately she's been following my new wife and I around because I have my son for seven unitterupted days of vacation for the summer. It's killing her to know what we're doing on vacation so she's been driving by and following us in her friends cars so she thinks we're not aware of her presence. Can she do this after filing an ex parte against me? It doesn't seem to make any sense that I can't go near her without law enforcement but she can follow my every move.
