    Question Money Judgment...

What is the name of your state? Texas

Last year my EX left me holding all of the bills and cleaning out our joint savings account

We have since divorced. I was awarded a "Money Judgment" in my divorce. The final divorce decree was signed by the judge in October; which ordered my EX to pay a certain sum of money at 6%. In the decree there was no time frame given in which he must pay me.

My EX has yet to start paying; and I seriously doubt he plans on it. Is there some sort of recourse I have to try and get the money he owses me? Thank for your help!

Go get yourself a consult with a local attorney. If you were really given a monetary judgement you may be able to have payments withheld from his/her pay. If not, you may be able to reduce your court orders to a monetary judgement that can be withheld from his/her pay.

Fat chance of that. You are assuming that spousey is stupid or incredibily responsible.

If spousey is determined not to pay, then spousey won't pay.

Either seek an attorney or explore collections methods for a civil judgment under Texas law. Wage garnishments can be made for spousal or child support; however, in Texas (like PA, SC & NC), wages are usually exempt from garnishment from a civil judgment.
